I\u2019ve always been fascinated by human potential – whether it\u2019s in the form of success or learning through failure. A biology topper, undefeated quizzer and champion debater, I know what it feels like to excel. But I\u2019ve also experienced the struggles of career transitions, math and physics, and this has taught me one thing: I\u2019m less interested in judging people, and more interested in helping them unlock their potential.<\/div>

That passion is why I chose a career in Leadership Development, Organisation Development, and Executive Coaching. After years of leading large teams, improving processes, and delivering results as a Head of Operations, I shifted my focus to helping individuals and organisations discover their strengths. I believe that when people thrive, organisations follow.<\/div>
